An employee reported he was grabbed and asked to perform a sex act on January 16, 2003  at approximately 9:30 a.m. in the University Place Hotel, 900 West Michigan Street.

The employee stated he was working in a restroom and a person with his genitals exposed grabbed him and asked him to perform a sex act.  The victim refused and the suspect left the area.  The victim reported no injuries.

The suspect is described as a Black Male, 5’7” and approximately 220 lbs.  He was wearing a red white and black leather IU jacket.
