A female IUPUI student was found dead in the 500 block of Ransom Street at the Ransom Apartments on Tuesday February 8, 2000.
She was last seen alive on Monday afternoon February 7th leaving Methodist Hospital at 16th and Senate Streets. She did have telephone contact with someone after leaving Methodist Hospital that afternoon.
