Blackjack Uniforms on the Indianapolis west side  was burglarized on March 31, 2003.  They are the uniform supplier for the IUPUI Police and IUPUI Security Departments.  At this time it cannot be determined if any IUPUI uniforms were stolen or not.

If you have any question about the authenticity of an IUPUI Police or Security officer you may ask to see their photo ID if you feel comfortable and/or call the IUPUI Police at 274-7911 to verify the person.  IUPUI Police IDs say POLICE OFFICER at the top and the photo has a blue background.  IUPUI Security IDs say SECURITY OFFICER at the top and the photo has a red background.
