Indecent Exposure/Voyeurism
Graduate Townhouse Apartments
On April 1, 2003 at approximately 1:45 a.m. a student observed a man masturbating outside her patio window and called IUPD. The man left the area before officers arrived. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect; investigation continues.
The suspect is described as a White or Hispanic male in his 20’s, around 5’6”, medium build, wearing a black cap, black jacket and glasses.
If you see anyone or anything suspicious around the townhouses call the IUPUI Police at 274-7911 immediately.
