In a delayed report a student stated she was assaulted on February 25, 2001 around 8 p.m. by an acquaintance in the North Street Garage 819 W. North Street.
The
victim stated the suspect entered her car as she was entering it after a
class. He grabbed her by the throat but left the car when another vehicle
approached.
