A female reported to the Indianapolis Police Department that she was raped in the 900 block of North Wilson Street on May 4, 1999 at approximately 3:15 a.m.

The victim described the suspect as a black male, 20 to 29 years old, 6'1" over 200 lbs, with close cut hair and a husky build. He was wearing a black and white jogging jacket, dark nylon pants and a white t-shirt.
