A former IUPUI student reported he was hit in the leg and robbed on the east side of the Herron Main Building on July 9, 1999 at 6:15 a.m.
The victim described the suspect as a black male, mid 30s, 5'8" 160 lbs. wearing a white Kangol hat, blue shorts a blue shirt and white shoes. He was armed with a chrome pipe. The suspect was last seen running north on Talbot Street.
