A guest reported she was ordered into a vehicle while walking in the 1200 block of W. Michigan Street (near the McDonald House) on August 9, 2002 at approximately 12:15 a.m.  The victim was walking when a vehicle stopped on the street and she was ordered into the vehicle.  She kept walking and a rider exited and started to approach her when another person in the area started yelling for help.  The rider returned to the vehicle and left west bound on Michigan.

The vehicle is described as a dark or black older Chevy Suburban with 49A prefix plates. 

The passenger of the truck was described as a black male, avg. build, 165 lbs. with a blue shirt and dark pants.
