August 16, 2000
On August 16, 2000 at approximately 10:30 a.m., a student was walking in the area of Limestone and
Michigan Streets, when she was approached by the suspect. After exchanging words, the
suspect
exposed himself and grabbed her by the shoulders, she broke away from him. the suspect was last seen
in the same area walking toward Michigan Street.
The suspect is described as a white male in his early 20's. He is 5'8" to 6' tall with a thin build.
He has short brown hair and very light skinned complexion. He was wearing blue shorts, white t-shirt,
and tennis shoes.
