On August 30, 2000 at approximately 3:45 p.m., shots were fired from a moving vehicle northbound on Talbot Street east of Herron School of Art.
The
current information we have is that no one was shot and the act had no
connection to Herron, it's students or staff.
A window was broken by the shots at the Penn Arts Building.
The Indianapolis Police Department is investigating the crime.
