A student reported on September 1, 2004 at approximately 2:10 p.m. she was approached by a male in a vehicle near Vermont and California Streets.  The male asked for directions and then reached out and grabbed the student’s breast.  The student was not injured.

The suspect (image above) is described as a thin white male, with thin short dark brown hair wearing a sleeveless black shirt.  He was driving a black four door car Indiana plate number 79Z6998.
