September 5, 1998
(Suspect #1)
On September 5, 1998 at approximately 9:30 p.m. three vendors selling
trinkets to the people at the fireworks reported they were robbed at
gunpoint.
The three stated they were walking in the 1100 block of West Michigan
Street.
One suspect was described as a black male 32 years old 5'3" 145 lbs.
Wearing black pants a red shirt and white tennis shoes. The second
suspect was described as a black male 27 years old wearing a black
shirt, black pants and white tennis shoes.
