A
student reported a classmate followed her from class on September 5th to IUPUI
Lot 83 450 N. Blackford Street at approximately 3 p.m.
When they arrived in the lot the suspect fondled her against her will.
The
suspect is described as a white male 5'11" 230 lbs. approximately 18 years
old.
His name is known.
