A
student was struck by a car while crossing Michigan Street at the ET building on
September 13, 2000 at approximately 6:07 p.m.
The car left the scene after the accident.
The
vehicle is described as a 1980's GM product with a black vinyl roof and green
paint and four doors.
The vehicle was occupied by five or six young black males.
