visitor stated he was robbed at knife point in the Wilson Street Garage 811 N.
Wilson Street at approximately 12:30 p.m. on September 21, 2000.
The suspect is described as a black male, 6' 200 lbs., wearing a blue jumpsuit and an orange ski mask.
