October 11, 1999
A contruction worker reported on October 6, 1999 at approximately 12:20 p.m. he found a person inside his car in IUPUI Lot 9 811 N. Wilson Street.
When approached the suspect threw a car stereo at the victim and ran away. The victim described the suspect (shown above) as a black male, 30, approximately 6'2" 180 lbs., black hair. He was wearing a blue coat and black pants.
